Throughout the upcoming weeks, I will be giving a spotlight to local animals currently up for adoption.
This week, we are spotlighting Sydney. Sydney is looking for a home where she will be safe and loved.
According to the Humane Society, she can be shy at first but claims her confidence is growing steadily.
Sydney is young at just 10 months old, and is on the smaller side weighing only 14 lbs. She is a Chihuahua/Beagle mix.
Sydney is up for adoption at the Calvet County Humane Society and is looking for a safe, loving home.
If you head to the Sydney – Humane Society of Calvert County website, you can view Sydney’s profile.
You can email or call the Calvert County Humane Society to set up an appointment to visit Sydney or any of the other dogs they have available for adoption.
According to their website dog “meet and greets” can be scheduled between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, although you do have to have an appointment so make sure to plan ahead of time.
If Sydney isn’t the perfect fit for your family, you can check out all of the dogs available on the Humane Society’s website to find the perfect pup for you.
