For the class of 2022, the month of December is a crucial time as they await college acceptance letters, finalize last minute applications, and apply for scholarships. These seniors, already coming down with cases of senioritis, were finally able to turn their attention to something more fun and exciting during their last full week before winter break.

Before thanksgiving break, seniors were given a nomination form where they wrote down their nominations for each of the given categories. Then, the yearbook club tallied the nominations, and entered the top four students with the most nominations onto a Microsoft Form that was then sent out to students.

With 122 responses, and 48% of the senior population represented, winners were decided and announced during the week December 13.

The winners were posted on the senior bulletin board, received a ribbon, and were listed on the morning announcements.

Photos will be taken of the winners and their partners for the yearbook with fun props and gimmicks for a fun end to the senior section of the yearbook. Calvert High is excited to carry on their tradition of senior superlatives and have fun amid chaos and stress.
