October is shaping up to be a busy month for the Cavaliers with Homecoming being the main event. If you are confused about what is going to be happening, read more to stay in the know.
Homecoming tickets are on sale from October 7 to 11 during all lunch periods. Guest applications are available in the front office are due October 14 for anyone wishing to bring someone who is not a Calvert Student. Homecoming King and Queen Nominations are due October 14 as well, and all links can be found in your email. The Homecoming dance is on Saturday October 19 in the Calvert High Atrium from 7-10pm and the theme this year is Tropical Island.
Calvert High’s spirit week is the week of the 14-17. The theme days are as follows:
Monday—Class Color Day
Tuesday—Country vs. Country Club
Wednesday—Rhyme Without a Reason
Thursday—Blue and Gold Day
The fall pep rally is on Thursday and the Homecoming football game is on Friday. Make sure to wear blue and gold to support our team in the student section!
