As the 2025-2026 school year starts up, so do many events in the CHS community. There are several fall CHS events that are sure to spark everyone’s interest.
Most CHS clubs meet during CAV time, which is during school hours, so if you are looking for a way to get involved without losing too much of your time outside of school these clubs are a great option.
FCA and SGA are both great clubs that attract a lot of students. FCA (Fellowship of Christan Athletes) will be meeting in the aux gym every Friday. SGA (Student Government Association) in Ms. Whites room.
If neither of these clubs are intriguing there are many other clubs that meet during CAV time such as the Young Republican Club, Walking Club, Girls who Code, Book Club, and many more! Check your email from \Ms. Young to check out all the clubs, meeting dates, times and locations.
Don’t have plans for October 14th? Make sure to come to support the CHS musicians at the Coffeehouse! On October 14th at 6PM.
Students from the CHS band, orchestra, chorus, and dance teams will have the opportunity to show off their talents at the coffeehouse. Make sure to come to support!
If you love watching sports CHS has lots to choose from. Most people know about footballs Friday night games, but CHS has lots of other fall sports.
CHS also has volleyball, golf, girls’ and boys’ soccer, field hockey, and cross country so if you aren’t a fan of football games there are lots of other options for you to check out!
Last but certainly not least, the CHS fall play. This fall the play will be Sherlock Holmes and the Baker Street Irregulars, performances will be held on November 21-23. Check out the school’s website for details and ticket information.
